The Home That Jo Made will be known to many people as its the name of the Instagram Profile Jo created back in 2016. Originally created by Jo to document their home renovation project in their previous home. Since creating the Instagram profile in 2016 , it has attracted a mass of loyal followers, many of which engage with Jo on a daily basis.
Jo & her husband Dario are keen property developers. They’ve been sourcing and developing properties for the past decade. Jo runs a tight ship at home bringing up their 3 children, running a business and designing and renovating their properties.

A. If the minimum number of tickets are sold and you are chosen as the winner, you will win the house advertised. The house is freehold so full ownership with no mortgage or solicitor fees. Stamp duty liability will also be paid by us.
A. We will still have a winner if the minimum number of tickets is not achieved. The winner will win 70 percent of all ticket sales minus taxes and running costs. (For example; If £100,000 worth of tickets are sold, the winner will receive £70,000 minus taxes and running costs.)
A. We aim to stop the competition on December 31st at 12:00pm, giving the competition around 6 months to play. However, should the maximum number of tickets sales (35,000) be reached before the 6 month period ends, the competition will cease accordingly.
A. An independent panel of three judges from Promos Veritas will dictate the ball’s position. The winner’s coordinates will match the panels coordinates.
A. When you buy a ticket, you will receive an email confirming the X,Y coordinates that you have selected. Once the competition has ended, we will notify the winner within 10 working days.
A. No, your email and phone number will only be kept on file for this competition and as a way of contacting you should you be the winner.
A. No, First Data deal with all payments and/or card transactions. We do not deal with this aspect or any monetary transactions.
A. There are many options here. You may wish to sell the property. The property has a current market value of around £400k which can be checked online at Zoopla. Houses in this development sell very quickly. Renting out the property is another option. Rental income achievable for this size of property is around £1400- £1500 PCM.
